WM
BUDGET TIPS
~
by Robyne Beaubien
Budget is a tough area for WM. The size of your church will determine
how much money you will need to get a WM off the ground. Small churches
have the advantage of needing little to no church funding to get
going, where larger churches have the advantage of having more resources
available. Following are some examples of WM budgets. The vary in
size and amount depending on the size of their church.
SAMPLE 1

A lot of the program expenses are food and paper products, books,
etc. The special events are our twice-yearly retreats. Attendees do
have to pay a registration fee, and this fee covers all costs for the
retreats.

A large church in the mid-west receives a percentage of the overall
budget, here is how they then divide that up in their Women's Ministry.
25% Staff and Education
30% Spiritual Growth
30% Outreach Events
10% Kid's Club for Events
5% Missions Opportunities
Your budget will be tailored to your ministry. These examples are
given to help you see what other churches are doing and to provide
you with ideas on how to build your budget. If you have any ideas or
suggestions, or would like to submit your WM budget to our site, please
